We have two conveniently located offices. Our Desoto office serves patients in South Dallas, Desoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, Cedar Hill and Midlothian area residents. Our Mansfield area office serves patients in Mansfield, Midlothian, Grand Prairie and Arlington area.

We accept most major commercial, and Medicare type insurances. We also have affordable pricing for self-pay patients.
